We normally reply within 2–3 working days. If your message is about a specific article, please include the page address so we can check it quickly.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections — if a measurement, price or product detail in an article is wrong, tell us and we will verify and update the page.
- Topic requests — a room, a problem, or a budget you would like us to cover.
- Broken links, missing images or a page that will not load.

What we cannot do
We are a small editorial team, not a design practice: we cannot provide one-to-one interior design, sourcing, installation or product support. For warranty or order issues, contact the retailer or manufacturer you bought from.
Advertising and partnership enquiries
For advertising or sponsorship questions, write to the same address with "Advertising" in the subject line. We only accept placements that are clearly labelled as advertising; editorial content is never sold.
